A healthcare facility near Stafford, VA is seeking a full-time Director of Therapy Operations to join its team. The details are below.
Pay:
$142,000-$165,000/year (based on experience) Opportunity for quarterly bonuses
Director of Therapy Operations Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent opportunity Director of Therapy Operations develops, revises, and implements department policies and procedures, holding staff and themselves accountable Forecasts revenues, evaluates market conditions, and advises the CEO of needs required for effective program operation and implementation Director of Therapy Operations partners with marketing team to educate staff and the community on care and prevention Provides direct care to patients and celebrates the success of both staff and patients
Director of Therapy Operations Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited therapy program; Master's or Doctorate degree preferred Current Virginia state license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology Minimum five years of rehabilitation experience Minimum two years of management/leadership experience
