Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Over Night Operation Manager to lead our overnight cleaning and custodial operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing the efficient management of cleaning teams, ensuring adherence to sanitation and safety standards, and maintaining a high level of service excellence during the night shift. As an energetic leader, you will drive team performance, uphold cleanliness protocols, and ensure that all operational procedures align with industry best practices. Your leadership will directly impact the cleanliness, safety, and overall satisfaction of our facilities. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate overnight cleaning staff, including janitorial, industrial cleaning, and sanitation teams, to ensure timely completion of daily tasks. Implement and monitor sanitation standards in compliance with safety regulations, ensuring all areas meet health and cleanliness requirements. Manage team schedules, assign duties, and oversee staff performance to maintain high productivity levels. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper sanitation procedures are followed. Communicate effectively with team members and management to address operational issues promptly and efficiently. Train new staff on cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and customer service expectations to foster a motivated and knowledgeable team. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, safety incidents, and equipment maintenance for accountability and continuous improvement. Experience Proven supervisory experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments, with a strong background in janitorial or custodial services. Extensive knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management within a hospitality or healthcare setting preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams, delegating tasks effectively, and fostering a positive work environment. Experience with managing laundry operations or housekeeper management is advantageous. Strong communication skills necessary for managerial communication with staff and other departments. Prior experience in managing safety protocols related to industrial cleaning or sanitation is highly desirable. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced overnight environment.
