Industrial Operations Supervisor

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Operations Supervisor position include: Minimum 10 years of technical experience in the pipeline industry and/or related industrial industry Technical diploma, skilled trades certification, or equivalent high school education with relevant experience Demonstrated leadership experience with coaching, mentorship, and performance management of staff Legal ability to work in the U.S. and travel to Canada for training; valid driver's license required Plan and manage daily work responsibilities for direct reports to support safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient operations Support budgeting, training, competency completion, and regulatory compliance within the area of responsibility Lead communication efforts through regular staff meetings and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders Oversee contractor management and collaborate with other districts and departments to meet operational goals

Salary :

$100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
