 to join our team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive training programs designed to prepare military personnel and special operations forces for survival in challenging environments. Your expertise will empower trainees with critical skills in survival tactics, evasion techniques, resistance strategies, and escape procedures, ensuring they are ready for the most demanding scenarios.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support courses
SV97A, SV98A, SV88AL, SV70A, SV84AF, SV85A, SERE
Specialist upgrade training. Develop and deliver engaging SERE training curricula tailored to military and Air Force special operations needs. Conduct classroom instruction and practical exercises in survival techniques, evasion methods, resistance strategies, and escape procedures. Assess trainee performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance skill mastery. Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and lesson plans aligned with DoD standards.
Experience & Qualifications:
Graduates of USAF Course
S-V81-A, SERE
Specialist Training; or 2+ years of experience instructing at a DoD SERE Level C Code of Conduct course; or Suitable related experience to provide a core of full spectrum resistance training Experience Instructing at a Level C SERE course: 2 years (Preferred) Certificate - Graduate of USAF Course
SV81A, SERE
Training (Preferred) Certificate - Graduate of a DOD Level C SERE course (Preferred) Proof of US Citizenship required.

This position is performed in a wide range of instructional and operational environments in support of U.S. Air Force SERE training. Work is conducted in classrooms, training facilities, and austere field environments designed to replicate realistic survival, evasion, resistance, and escape scenarios. Instructors may be exposed to varying weather conditions, rugged terrain, and physically and mentally demanding training events. The role requires frequent interaction with military personnel in a structured, disciplined training environment and strict adherence to DoD, U.S. Air Force, and SERE training standards, safety protocols, and security requirements.
