Job Description
Pinnacle Delivery Service LLC is a high performing, award winning, Pinnacle" Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operating out of DWA6 in Kent, WA . We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a background in Amazon DSP, FedEx Ground, UPS, or similar last-mile operations. If you know what it takes to hit metrics, manage a fast-moving team, and keep a station relationship strong, you'll fit right in. This is a hands-on leadership role where operational discipline, coaching ability, and performance management are essential. What You'll Lead Run daily DSP operations with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery Manage Delivery Associates, Lead Drivers, and Dispatch to ensure consistent execution Own core DSP metrics: DA performance, compliance, safety, rescue rates, and labor efficiency Partner with Amazon station leadership to maintain strong communication and alignment Use data and KPIs to identify issues, drive corrective action, and improve results Lead safety coaching, incident follow-up, and compliance with DSP and Amazon standards Support hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning to maintain staffing levels Build a high-accountability, high-performance culture that rewards excellence Additional tasks as needed, related responsibilities, or miscellaneous job-related functions What You Bring Experience in Amazon DSP, FedEx Ground, UPS, or high-volume logistics operations Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable Proven ability to manage performance using KPIs, dashboards, and operational data Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and station partners Proficiency with Excel, routing/dispatch tools, and workforce management systems Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary with performance bonuses 401(k) with company match Health, dental, vision insurance Paid time off and tuition reimbursement Zappos shoe credit And more
