For over 40 years, Rick's Custom Fencing & Decking has been the Pacific Northwest's go-to name for quality fencing and decking. We're family-owned, locally rooted, and growing, and we're looking for an Operations Admin to help keep our Spokane retail location running like a well-oiled machine. If you're the type of person who color-codes your filing system for fun, catches errors before anyone else notices them, and genuinely enjoys being the glue that holds a busy office together, this is your role. You'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one, working alongside a team that takes pride in craftsmanship and treats employees like part of the family. What You'll Do Customer & Sales Support Scheduling & Operations Support Accounting & Admin Support Field Admin Support What You Bring Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working across both Windows and Mac systems Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Sharp organizational skills and an eye for detail Ability to juggle multiple priorities independently Full-time availability, Monday through Friday Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license A professional, positive, dependable presence in the office
Pay:
