Position Summary The Business Manager provides leadership for business operations, financial management, human resources, operational efficiency, compliance, staff support, and organizational development. This position works closely with the doctors to ensure efficient workflows, outstanding customer service, and a positive workplace culture. Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee the daily business operations of the practice to ensure efficiency and exceptional patient service.
• Manage financial operations, including budgeting, payroll, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle oversight.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees while managing performance and employee relations.
• Monitor practice performance.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, and employment laws).
• Partner with the practice owners on strategic planning, business, and operational improvements. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years management/business leadership.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication.
