Role:

We're looking for a District Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations over an assigned area within Wisconsin. This is not your average management role - you'll be a key driver of growth, performance, and culture. Think of yourself as the connective tissue between boots on the ground and strategic leadership. You'll lead a team of dedicated service managers and leads, ensure compliance with state regulations, implement our training and performance plans, and drive operational excellence across multiple service lines.

What You'll Do:

Leadership & Field Operations Oversee pest control and lawn care branches delivery across multiple branches Coach, lead, and mentor service managers/service leads Ensure accountability for route efficiency, quality standards, and customer satisfaction Conduct ride-alongs, inspections, and service audits to maintain high service standards Compliance & Quality Control Ensure strict adherence to state and local regulations (DATCP, etc.) Monitor licensing, product handling, safety procedures, and regulatory paperwork Respond to escalated issues with professionalism and tact Training & Development Lead onboarding for new service manager, ensuring proper licensure and safety training Implement ongoing training programs to improve service delivery and technical expertise Reinforce Pest Badger's customer-first service philosophy in every employee touchpoint Strategic Growth & Collaboration Partner with executive leadership to set operational goals and expansion strategies Monitor KPIs such as revenue per route, customer retention, technician efficiency Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and market trends

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of pest control and/or lawn care industry experience (management experience required) Valid Wisconsin pest and lawn licenses (7.1, 5.0, 3.0) Strong working knowledge of FieldRoutes, CRM tools, or similar platforms is a plus Exceptional leadership, communication, and time management skills Comfortable being in the field with the team 80% of the time, with 20% admin and planning - MUST be willing to perform services of any capacity when needed. Proven ability to grow a team, enforce accountability, and inspire excellence
