This full-time, onsite Counselor position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse student population, guiding them academically, socially, and emotionally in a supportive educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

Valid school counselor certification (state-specific) or eligibility to obtain Experience providing counseling services to students in K-12 settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and parents Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism Flexibility and organizational skills to balance multiple student needs across grade levels Experience with crisis intervention, individual planning, and group counseling

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct social, emotional, and academic counseling services to a caseload of K-12 students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop individualized student support plans Address crisis situations, support positive student behaviors, and promote a safe and inclusive school environment Organize and facilitate small group and classroom guidance activities Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and case files Advocate for students needs in multidisciplinary meetings Stay current with best practices and participate in schoolwide professional development
