Senior Manager of Operations:
Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, supply chain, production support, and workforce planning Ensure materials, inventory, and staffing are aligned to meet manufacturing demands Lead operational teams across production, warehouse, and materials functions Manage GMP compliance and support adherence to FDA and DEA regulatory requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational and compliance efficiencies Partner with quality teams to maintain safe, consistent, and compliant manufacturing processes Qualifications for the
Senior Manager of Operations:
7+ years of operations leadership experience within a manufacturing environment Strong experience managing production, supply chain, scheduling, and workforce planning Working knowledge of GMP regulations and FDA/DEA compliance requirements Proven track record leading teams and driving operational improvements #INAUG2026
