As our Floating Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager , you'll work closely with a Regional Property Manager and support four apartment communities located near one another. You'll primarily work at two properties while providing additional support to the other two as needed. This role combines leasing and sales, resident relations, and hands-on property management experience , making it a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn, take on responsibility, and grow with our company. What You'll Do Leasing & Sales Respond promptly and professionally to prospective residents Conduct apartment tours and convert leads into leases through strong sales and follow-up Process applications, leases, renewals, and related documentation Maintain accurate prospect and resident information Understand property availability, pricing, competitors, and the local rental market Work with management to achieve occupancy and leasing goals Assist with marketing and maintaining strong property presentation Resident Relations & Property Operations Build positive, professional relationships with residents Respond to resident questions and concerns in a timely and respectful manner Assist with move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident communications Help coordinate apartment turnovers and unit readiness Assist management with administrative work, inspections, and day-to-day property operations Provide coverage at any of the four assigned communities when needed Take ownership of assigned projects and follow them through to completion Who We're Looking For Experience is valuable, but character, attitude, and willingness to learn are equally important to us.
