Senior Manager of Operations Location:
Verona, WI Salary:

Lead operations at the company's flagship manufacturing facility and play a key role in driving efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead daily manufacturing operations including production scheduling, workforce planning, materials management, and supply chain coordination within a 24/5 production environment. Drive operational efficiency initiatives focused on productivity, throughput, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, DEA, and quality system requirements while maintaining a culture of safety and quality. Manage, develop, and mentor a team of managers and supervisors, fostering accountability and employee engagement. Utilize systems including Epicor
ERP, QMS
platforms, MasterControl, and Excel to support operational performance and decision-making. Qualifications 7+ years of operations leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience leading managers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams while driving operational improvements. Bachelor's degree preferred, along with experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, medical device, or similar industries. EB-1380362189
