Senior Manager of Operations Salary:
$125,000-$140,000

Senior Manager of Operations:
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities. Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, delivery performance, and cost management. Lead, mentor, and develop production managers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of performance and accountability. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of operational discipline. Manage production planning, capacity utilization, resource allocation, and operational budgeting. Support capital improvement projects, equipment investments, and facility expansion initiatives. Qualifications for the
Senior Manager of Operations:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. 8+ years of progressive manufacturing or industrial operations leadership experience. Proven success managing multiple departments and leading large teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. EB-1186940782
