Job Description
This position is responsible for managing deposit operations, the
Personal Banker Manager, and Personal Bankers Education:
College level degree or certification
Experience:
3-5 years in Deposit Operations Manager position or related position Belief and promotion of a work-life balance and positive culture within the bank Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, providing an environment of open and authentic communication Represent and promote the bank within the community through participation in bank sponsored events, philanthropic opportunities, and civic events Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and problem solving in unique situations Provide leadership to the Personal Banker Manager and Personal Bankers including assisting with hiring, training, and development of deposits staff A working knowledge of both consumer and commercial account opening, maintenance of accounts, teller processing, and associated products Knowledge in IRA and HSA accounts ACH experience or certification is recommended Assist with the implementation and testing of new products related to deposit operations Research, compile, and prepare reports for management Work with the Compliance Team to ensure deposit operation procedures and internal controls are following regulatory requirements Ensure compliance with banking regulation including, but not limited to, Funds Availability, Truth in Savings, Electronic Funds Transfer, Privacy, BSA/AML, USA Patriot Act (CIP), OFAC, etc. Collaborate with the Audit Team for audits and exams related to deposit operations
