Job Description
Personalized Coaches, a locally and family-owned, 27 year-old company, is looking for full and part time motor coach drivers to join our growing team. Must have two years of CDL experience and both passenger and air brake endorsements. Candidates should work well under minimal supervision and operate motorcoaches while complying with company policies, FMCSA, DOT, and DOD regulations. We are looking for safe drivers with excellent people skills who can provide excellent customer service to their passengers. Essential duties include proper and timely completion of required paperwork (DOT and company); courteous and thoughtful treatment of passengers and other individuals sharing the roadway; professional conduct at all times while on duty or while in uniform; safe and proper loading and unloading of luggage; and fueling of motorcoaches.
MOTORCOACH DRIVER JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be a US citizen High school diploma or equivalent Must be DOT qualified and possess a valid Commercial Drivers' License (CDL) of Class B or higher (passenger and air brake endorsements preferred but not required) 2 years of CDL passenger driving experience Have knowledge of and comply with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations Have and practice the required skills to safely operate a motorcoach and handle passenger's baggage Ability to maintain a safe driving record Ability to operate a motorcoach in all types of weather conditions Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or verbal form Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situationsJob Types:
