Supervisor - Oil & Gas / Water Transfer Blue and Gold Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee field operations on oil and gas construction and water transfer projects throughout West Virginia. The ideal candidate will be a dependable, experienced leader with a strong background in field construction operations. Previous experience with oil and gas water transfer operations is strongly preferred, including the setup, operation, and oversight of temporary water transfer systems. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate field crews and daily job-site activities Oversee oil and gas construction and water transfer operations Coordinate the setup, operation, monitoring, and breakdown of water transfer systems Oversee pumps, hoses, piping, manifolds, valves, and other water transfer equipment Monitor water transfer operations and address leaks, pressure issues, equipment problems, or other field concerns Plan and assign daily work to employees Communicate with company management, inspectors, customers, and other contractors Monitor job progress, productivity, manpower, and equipment needs Ensure employees follow company and customer safety requirements Review drawings, job specifications, and project requirements Coordinate pipefitting, welding, excavation, water transfer, and general construction activities Maintain accurate daily reports, employee hours, and job documentation Identify job-site issues and communicate them to management Help ensure projects remain on schedule Maintain a professional and organized job site Ensure company equipment and vehicles are properly used and maintained Qualifications Previous supervisory or foreman experience in oil and gas, pipeline, water transfer, industrial, or heavy construction preferred Previous water transfer experience strongly preferred Knowledge of water transfer pumps, hoses, piping systems, valves, manifolds, and related equipment preferred Strong knowledge of construction job-site operations Ability to lead and manage a field crew Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Strong communication and organizational skills Safety-focused and dependable Valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be able to work overtime when required Ability to travel to job sites as needed What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time employment Opportunities for overtime Company-provided equipment as applicable Benefits available to eligible employees Opportunity for advancement within a growing company
