The Operations Manager leads the engine room of our retail stores. Day to day, you're responsible for end-to-end operational excellence, embedding streamlined and efficient processes both front and back of house, ensuring seamless stock flow, efficient operations, and a positive customer experience. How You Will Contribute Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities Partner with retail management and visual merchandising (VM) to drive a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance stockroom efficiency, refill processes, merchandise presentation, and stock schedule recommendations.
