Full-Time | Saturdays Required | Sundays Off + One Weekday Off Position Overview Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate for a full-time opportunity. This position combines traditional warehouse responsibilities with customer service and transaction processing. The Warehouse Associate will receive and organize inventory, pick and pack orders, load and unload shipments, assist customers, and process cash and credit card transactions. The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, comfortable interacting with customers, and willing to help wherever needed. Saturday availability is required. Sundays are off, along with one additional weekday. Required Experience & Skills Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience preferred Comfortable assisting customers in person Cash-handling experience preferred Credit card processing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and order accuracy Ability to organize and maintain inventory Ability to safely load and unload materials Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and positive work ethic Must be available to work every Saturday Forklift experience is a plus Essential Duties & Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments Inspect incoming products for accuracy and condition Organize and store inventory in designated locations Pick products according to customer orders Pack and prepare orders accurately Prepare merchandise for shipment or customer pickup Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits Operate pallet jacks and applicable warehouse equipment Operate forklifts when trained and authorized Assist customers with purchases and product inquiries Process cash transactions accurately Process credit and debit card transactions Maintain accurate receipts and transaction records Keep warehouse and customer areas clean and organized Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies Work with team members to meet daily operational goals Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Candidates may regularly perform: Receiving Unloading Order picking Packing Shipping preparation Material staging Inventory organization Truck loading and unloading Cycle counting General warehouse support Accuracy is important when selecting products, verifying quantities, and preparing customer orders. Customer Service Responsibilities Unlike a traditional warehouse-only position, this role includes direct customer interaction.

Responsibilities include:

Greet and assist customers professionally Answer routine product and order questions Assist customers with purchases Process customer transactions Provide courteous and helpful service Maintain a professional attitude during customer interactions Communicate questions or concerns to appropriate personnel Cash & Credit Card Processing Candidates must be comfortable handling customer payments.

Responsibilities may include:

Accepting cash payments Providing accurate change Processing credit and debit card transactions Maintaining transaction accuracy Providing receipts Maintaining applicable transaction records Identifying and reporting payment discrepancies Previous cash-handling or point-of-sale experience is preferred. Inventory Responsibilities Organize incoming inventory Maintain designated storage locations Monitor product quantities Assist with cycle counts Participate in inventory audits Identify inventory discrepancies Help maintain accurate stock levels Keep inventory areas clean and organized Schedule Requirements This is a full-time position with a rotating weekly schedule.
