  Our client is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service / Warehouse Associate to join their team in Tontitown.

This position is a combination of customer service, warehouse, cashier, and general merchandise responsibilities. The Customer Service / Warehouse Associate will work directly with customers while also helping with daily warehouse operations to keep merchandise moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional customer service to customers.

Assist customers with questions and merchandise.

Unload incoming trucks and organize merchandise in the warehouse.

Price merchandise accurately and prepare items for sale.

Load customer vehicles safely and efficiently.

Operate a cash register and process customer transactions.

Perform basic computer and data-entry tasks.

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and customer area.

Follow company procedures for handling merchandise and customer orders.

Assist with other general warehouse and customer service duties as needed.

As a Customer Service / Warehouse Associate, balance customer-facing responsibilities with physical warehouse tasks throughout the workday.

Qualifications

Previous customer service, cashier, retail, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Comfortable using a computer and performing basic computer tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Dependable and willing to work Saturdays.

Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.

Must be able to follow instructions and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
