Big 5 Sporting Goods is seeking reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Distribution Center team as an Order Filler in Riverside, California. Every order you fill means someone's adventure is about to start. Role Overview The Order Filler plays a critical role in ensuring merchandise is accurately selected, processed, and prepared for shipment to retail store locations. This position works a schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:35 PM. Successful candidates will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety. Primary Duties Accurately pick, select, and fulfill store orders using RF scanning equipment. Process merchandise efficiently to meet order fulfillment and shipping deadlines. Verify product quantities and locations to ensure order accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned. Position Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older.
