• Full Time / PM Shift / non-seasonal)The Order Builder is responsible for preparing customer orders for delivery with precision and efficiency. You will accurately build and stage orders based on pick tickets and Warehouse Management System (WMS) directives for loading onto delivery trucks, ensuring all orders meet quality and accuracy standards before shipment.

Essential Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Build product orders according to specifications in a refrigerated warehouse environment while maintaining a minimum of 150 boxes per hour, utilizing WMS system guidance for order accuracy and inventory allocation.



Navigate and utilize the WMS system to retrieve order details, confirm product locations, update inventory status, and record order completion in real-time.



Prepare customer orders for delivery by building produce pallets, wrapping finished orders, and staging them on the loading dock in accordance with WMS-generated load sequences.



Perform comprehensive quality control checks on all orders for accuracy, completeness, and product condition before staging, cross-referencing pick tickets with WMS records.



Follow written and verbal instructions, accurately mark containers, receive and verify incoming pick tickets, and locate products using WMS technology and warehouse equipment.



Communicate any inventory discrepancies, stocking issues, racking concerns, or equipment maintenance needs to supervisors, documenting findings in the WMS system when applicable.



Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout your shift, adhering to all warehouse safety protocols and sanitation standards.



Operate warehouse equipment including 2-way radio, pallet jack, and forklift in compliance with company safety procedures and WMS-directed staging locations.

Special projects assigned by the Department Manager or SupervisorQualificationsRequired QualificationsAbility to work consistently in a refrigerated environment (35-45 degrees Fahrenheit)Capacity to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the shiftAbility to comprehend and follow detailed written and verbal instructions from supervisors and the Warehouse Management SystemProficiency in basic English communication, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated reliability and punctuality; consistent attendance is essential to operational successStrong commitment to observing and following all safety procedures and reporting potentially unsafe conditionsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and quality standardsWillingness to take direction from management and adapt to changing prioritiesPreferred QualificationsPrior experience operating a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar inventory softwareExperience with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or 2-way radiosPrevious experience in a cold storage, refrigerated, or warehouse environmentFamiliarity with order fulfillment, packing, or logistics operationsForklift certification or willingness to obtain certificationPhysical and Environmental RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periodsComfortable working in a refrigerated warehouse setting with temperature fluctuationsCapable of working the assigned PM shift schedule with flexibility for operational needs Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
