We are seeking an Order Processing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of construction industry experience to manage customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Verify pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor order status and provide updates to customers.
- Resolve order discrepancies and billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and order management systems.
- Support sales and customer service teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of order processing experience.
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Experience handling purchase orders, submittals, and contractor accounts.
- Strong data entry, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- ERP system experience preferred.
