Job Overview:

As an Online Order Packer, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all online orders are packed correctly, efficiently and completely, with careful attention to detail so that incorrect orders do not leave the building. Day to

Day Responsibilities:

Printing and preparing online orders at the beginning of your workday. Paying close attention to every detail of each order, including products, quantities, labels, and packing requirements. Accurately packing orders and double-checking your work before orders leave the packing station. Maintaining an organized workstation throughout the day. Maintaining the flow of orders coming in and going out of the packing station so orders are completed in a timely manner Learning and completing the side jobs, associated with online packing, including cleaning, organizing, restocking, and maintaining the packing area. Learning how to properly operate and maintain our Bubble-making machine, which is used to create packing materials

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds. Comfortable standing and moving on your feet throughout a full workday. Strong attention to detail, also ability to have organization and accuracy. Ability to keep a clean and organized workspace at all times. Ability to work well in a team environment but also independently if needed. Ability to work efficiently and maintain a positive, adaptable attitude in a sometimes fast-paced work environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay: $18.16/hour. Please note that the starting pay for this position is $18.16 per hour. During the six-month training period, you will have the opportunity to increase your hourly rate in $.50 to $1 increments, up to $20.16 per hour, based on performance and successful completion of training milestones. The basic job requirements for this role are outlined below. All training will be provided onsite, and employees who meet performance expectations throughout the training period will be eligible for the additional incentive-based pay increases.
