Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Inventory Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for prepackaging hardware, fulfilling customer orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely and accurate shipping through our Shopify store. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. Prepackage hardware components for future order fulfillment. Precut hoses and flex piping for parts kits for future order fulfillment. Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Process shipping labels and coordinate shipments with carriers. Ensure all orders are packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the fulfillment area. Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory. Communicate with the customer service team regarding order status and issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or warehousing preferred. Familiarity with Shopify and shipping platforms (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift and move packages up to 85 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
