Wholesale Order Entry Representative
Jacksonville, FL Description RemX is seeking Onsite Wholesale Order Entry Representatives for a reputable client in
Jacksonville FL Pay Rate:
$20.00 hr.
Work schedule:
Mon-Fri 7:30am - 5:00pm
EST Job Duties:
Enter manual wholesale orders through SAP
Manage Sample requests from the moment it is received until shipment and tracking are complete Coordinate with the warehouse teams on air, international, and special-handling shipments, including customs paperwork for international orders. Follow up to ensure orders ship complete, then confirm entry to the requestor with the SAP order number and provide tracking once it is available.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP or order-management system is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and CoPilot.
- A strong ability to self-manage and prioritize workloads that change rapidly throughout the workday.
- A self-starter who is extremely detail-oriented, organized, and focused, able to multi-task and work well within a team.
- Superior communication skills, as the role requires the creation of detailed, professional emails.
