Job Description
Warehouse Order Picker / Shipping Associate Our family-owned and operated chemical manufacturing company is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining our standards for accuracy, quality, and safety. Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. No weekends or holidays Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment Verify products and quantities before orders are shipped Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely Help ensure orders are completed on time and meet quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with stocking and other general warehouse duties Complete additional tasks as assigned by management Qualifications At least two years of warehouse experience Forklift experience required Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening Must have own reliable transportation Benefits Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company matching If you are dependable, take pride in your work, and want to become part of a growing family-owned company, we encourage you to apply today!
