Job Description
About the Position Capt. Harry's Fishing Supply is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Online Order Packer to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while ensuring every package meets our high standards of quality and accuracy. Responsibilities Pick and pack online customer orders accurately and efficiently. Verify products, quantities, and shipping information before packing. Prepare shipments using shipping software and print shipping labels. Safely package fishing tackle, rods, reels, and other merchandise to prevent damage during transit. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing area. Restock packing supplies and notify management when inventory is low. Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise as needed. Help maintain inventory accuracy. Provide support with general warehouse and store tasks when necessary. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable, punctual, and able to work all weekdays . Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills are preferred. Warehouse, shipping, or retail experience is a plus, but not required. Interest in fishing or outdoor products is a bonus. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience).
