The Order Entry Clerk will interact with customers and sales representatives via phone call and email, process orders, and provide information in response to customers' inquiries. Employees are responsible for entering and processing customer orders efficiently and accurately. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
You will:
Answer phones in a polite, professional, and courteous manner Use data entry skills to accurately enter order information into computer Contact Sales Reps to clarify order requests Review previous order history to clarify ambiguity of order requests Verify data by comparing it to source documents Generate Order Acknowledgments Address potential problems in processing Re-distribute requests to different departments Meet production and accuracy standards You have: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 2+ yrs of Customer service experience Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with using other software Data entry experience Excellent communication skills An eager attitude to help others We offer a dynamic environment for our more than 13,000 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
