Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $16/hr Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm Located in Lithia Springs, Georgia Duties and Responsibilities Accurately select products and customer orders according to pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse systems Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) & tugger safely and efficiently Build stable and secure pallets while maintaining product accuracy Move, stage, and organize completed orders for shipment Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other warehouse personnel Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Requires extensive walking and standing throughout the shift Comfortable with frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of products Ability to regularly lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and climbing on/off equipment Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment for extended periods Previous warehouse, order selecting, or distribution center experience preferred Prior Cherry Picker & Reach Truck experience required RF scanner or warehouse management system experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment —
