Job Description

•Machine Operator - - AM Shift Trulite is GROWING! We are seeking a motivated, hard-working and detail-oriented IG Robot Operator to join our team in Conley, GA. This role involves operating and monitoring the Insulated Glass (IG) machine to produce high-quality IG units. The IG Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting the robot, as well as ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. What Brought You Here $16.00 - $17.00 per hour depending on experience

Who You Are:

A highly motivated individual who takes pride in their work, wants to perform their role in a timely and efficient manner while producing good quality product, and wants to grow in their knowledge and experience while helping the organization to be successful.

Skills You Bring:

High school diploma or GED; additional technical training is a plus.

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with automated or robotic equipment.

Prior manufacturing experience

Must be at least 18 years old

Glass industry experience is a plus.

Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels

Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure

Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and quality-focused.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet production deadlines.

What you will be doing:

Operate IG equipment efficiently and safely, adhering to all company safety standards and guidelines.

Monitor production processes, inspect glass products, and adjust settings to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain equipment through operator level preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.

Report issues to maintenance and assist in troubleshooting and repairs.

Maintain inventory of machine specific parts and materials.

Handling, measuring, moving and lifting of glass for cutting, finishing and/or loading

Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, or containers, by hand or using other equipment throughout the warehouse as directed by management.

Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.

Complete required documentation for production, quality, and maintenance activities.

Ensure damaged product is placed in its proper area and reported to management

Attach identifying tags to product or mark them with identifying information.

Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and resolve any issues.

Adjust or replace equipment parts, such as rollers, belts, plugs, or caps, using hand tools.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
