English Full Job Description Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Pick, Pack Ship Associate is to accurately pick, package, and prepare products to ship for customer order fulfillment.
Essential Job Functions:
Efficiently locate products per order in rack and shelving locations. Accurately pick products to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner. Follow written instructions with acute attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all packing and shipping tasks. Utilize barcoding, labeling to identify correct parts. Pre-packing stock. Route picked orders to destination.
Qualifications:
Basic math and counting skills. Ability to read and write in English. Ability to follow written instructions accurately and independently. Strong attention to detail to ensure error-free order fulfillment. Effective communication skills. Capability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds. Ability to climb ladders up to 16 feet. Ability to crouch and stoop. Ability to walk and stand up for 8 hours per day.
Working Conditions:
Warehouse environment with moderate noise from power industrial trucks.
