Monday-Thursday, 5:00 PM-3:30 AM Job Summary The Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting, staging, shipping, and receiving products in accordance with company standards. This role supports efficient warehouse operations by maintaining accuracy, meeting productivity expectations, and following all established safety procedures. Previous Pallet Walkie Rider experience is required for this position. Candidates must be comfortable operating warehouse material-handling equipment and be able to become NFI certified on the electric pallet jack/walkie rider. Responsibilities Operate a Pallet Walkie Rider/electric pallet jack safely and efficiently while following established work practices and safety procedures. Complete and document required pre-operation equipment inspections. Load and unload freight in an efficient, accurate, and safe manner. Move products to designated storage areas using appropriate material-handling equipment. Stack and store merchandise in assigned locations. Pick customer orders and assemble various types of merchandise for shipment. Process orders, including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and completing shipment confirmations. Verify freight accuracy and inspect products for damage or infestation. Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Perform sanitation duties as assigned. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the role and determined by management. Mandatory Qualifications Previous Pallet Walkie Rider/electric pallet jack experience is required. Must be able to safely operate a Pallet Walkie Rider in a warehouse environment. Must be able to obtain NFI certification on the electric pallet jack/walkie rider. High School Diploma or GED preferred. At least 6 months of Pallet Walkie Rider and/or warehouse material-handling equipment experience preferred; Pallet Walkie Rider experience is required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and customer service skills. Basic math skills. Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, up to 10-12 hours per shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull 10-50 lbs. as required by business needs. Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching above and at shoulder level. Ability to work in environments with variable conditions, including noise levels, lighting, and temperature fluctuations.
