Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Import Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment. Starting flat rate pay dependant on experience.

Duties:

• Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues with vehicles
• Repair and maintain powertrain components, including engines and differentials
• Conduct mechanical repairs on various vehicle systems, such as brakes, suspension, and steering
• Estimate repair costs for customers
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repairs
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals to guide repair processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Import Automotive Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures
• Familiarity with powertrain systems and components
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for repairs
• Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
• Ability to communicate and work well with others
• Maintain a professional apperance and attitude
