Job Summary Provides service to walk-in customers and customers by phone. Takes and processes orders, answers questions, solves problems, quotes prices and delivery specifications, and assists outside sales function by performing the following duties. Will work in a lead capacity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities High Inbound/Outbound customer call intake (experience required) General Office/Administrative functions (experience required) Verify the availability of product and delivery method or additional services including placing orders with vendors. Completes the order processing by entering orders. Fills out the order transaction, determines charges for service requested, prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuance orders. Will review reports, create and keep records, and problem solve reporting variances/exceptions to determine cause and correction solutions. Solicit sale of new or additional products and assists outside salespeople in generating customer quotes. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years of related customer service experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
