Our business specializes in personalized and handmade gift products. This role involves product engraving, order preparation, packaging, and quality control for customized items. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Duties Review and process customer orders Operate engraving machines for personalized products Package and ship orders with care and attention to detail Inspect products for quality before shipment Organize inventory and incoming supplies Qualifications Strong attention to detail Comfortable working with hands and small products Basic computer skills No experience required; training provided Able to follow instructions accurately Chinese-speaking preferred Join us in creating personalized products and being part of a growing team.
