Job Overview The Loader/Picker will use an app that will guide you to the products that must be picked for each order and loaded on a pallet. The app will also indicate the location the pallets must be delivered to in the warehouse when complete. The person selected for this position will be trained on the correct and safe use of the equipment utilized to perform the job responsibilities. Can work 2 to 4 shifts (Sunday afternoon 2X per month is required, as well as 2

• 3 evenings) each week, but they must be the same shifts each week.

A detailed job description is available upon request. Can be up to but not exceed 30 hours/week. Requirements Must be age 18 or older. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English. Ability to repetitively bend, twist and frequently lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally up to 165 pounds (beverage kegs) with or without reasonable accommodations. Ability to safely operate a forklift and/or walkie rider within a high traffic warehouse with foot traffic and simultaneous use of machinery by other employees. Must be dependable and able to get to work at the predetermined start time (weekdays between 4 pm and 5:30 pm

Ability to utilize computerized picking software. Strong attention to detail. Basic math skills, including ability to count accurately. Ability to follow policies and procedures. Ability to perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Picking experience not required. Will train. Ability to work independently in a productive manner. Ability to maintain "team spirit" with coworkers and management. Ability to stay focused on work. Ability to be courteous and respectful when interacting with supervisors/managers and coworkers.
