This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of company records through diligent data management and quality control. The clerk works closely with various departments to support operational workflows, generate reports, and uphold compliance standards. Success in this role requires a high level of precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and focus. Attention to detail and basic computer skills are essential.
Primary Responsibilities:
Process customer orders and send to invoicing. Adjust order quantity when needed. Prepare drivers packet with invoices and paperwork. Troubleshoot system issues and document. Create add-on orders when required. Provide shipping paperwork to night management. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience Required Experience:

Year Required Qualifications:
Requires computer knowledge, ability to problem solve, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and teamwork. Requires good documentation and communication skills Experience with AS/400 and SAP is a plus.
