This position is located in Oklahoma City, OK and will report to the Division Orders Supervisor. This position will provide administrative support to Division Orders and Owner Relations. This person must be well organized to handle a wide range of support-related tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position will report to the Division Order Supervisor. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Provides administrative support, file research and data input assistance for the Division Order team Handle receipt of incoming mail and disbursing to appropriate groups within Land Administration Performs routine owner account set ups and pay code changes within Quorum Maintains accurate name and address data for lessors and partners Performs detailed analysis of legal documents sent in by lessors/partners to determine if sufficient information has been provided for a transfer Researches ownership through laws of descent and distribution/interest succession Responds to inquiries from mineral owners, title attorneys, other third parties and internal staff regarding property interests
