We Are Looking For The Order Verification Associate is responsible for ensuring order accuracy and inventory integrity. This role supports the fulfillment process by verifying customer orders against inventory records under close supervision, preparing materials for shipment, and conducting basic quality checks. This person in this position serves as a key check and balance measure to prevent errors and ensure customer satisfaction. What You ll Do As an Order Verification Associate, you ll be responsible for: Review and verify outgoing orders against customer purchase orders and internal documentation. Ensure all items, quantities, and packaging meet company and customer requirements. Identify and report discrepancies, such as incorrect items, quantities, or labeling issues, before shipment. Collaborate with warehouse pickers, packers, and shipping teams to resolve order discrepancies. Conduct quality checks on packaging, labeling, and documentation for compliance. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or other tracking tools to confirm order accuracy. Maintain accurate records of verified orders and discrepancies for reporting purposes. Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to maintain a secure work environment. Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. Eager to learn and follow instructions with strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a structured environment Basic verbal communication skills to report issues and follow directives Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures under supervision
Special Requirements:
U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. ITAR Requirement 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
