Responsibilities:
Pick and pack printed materials into boxes Build marketing kits Inspect finished products to ensure quality Palletize boxes Maintain a clean and safe work environment Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems. Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality. Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Order Picker. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures. What You Will Do As a Warehouse Order Picker you will pick customer orders, verify inventory, pack products securely, prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage completed orders for delivery. You will use scanners, warehouse systems, and packing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations.
