Job Description

The Office Support Person VI - Expungement Clerk - Front Counter Team member supports several functions and processes of the Clerk of Courts. •Position covered by a collective bargaining agreement. Process State Expungement applications. Provide information/resources to complete applications. Process and scan orders granting or denying; applications. Forward approved orders to appropriate agencies. Utilize mandated redacting policies when necessary. Maintain and/or destroy pending physical filings. Utilize CPCMS, OnBase, InfoLinks and Microsoft; programs to initiate and complete expungement process. Operate Microfiche system for achieve retrieval. Other duties as assigned. Exhibits excellent verbal and written communications skills via in-person, email, and phone interactions. Well organized and detail-oriented problem solver. Strong CPU acumen with the ability enter data with quickly and accurately. Ability to perform repetitive tasks and processes efficiently. Courtroom work-related experience along with a High School diploma.
