Responsibilities for an Order Clerk include but are not limited to: Analyze order backlog reports and reconcile open lines to identify and resolve potential order fulfillment issues. Build strong supplier relationships and maintain master tracking reports to determine root causes of past-due orders. Obtain invoice copies and updated shipment dates from suppliers, taking appropriate corrective actions and recording detailed notes. Candidates for Order Clerk must meet the following requirements to be considered: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in clerical, administrative support, or supply chain order management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and backlog tracking. Pay Details:
