Full Job Description Job Overview:

As an Order Entry/Customer Associate at our Electric and Gas Welding and Soldering Company, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless order processing and delivering exceptional customer service.soldering industry.

Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

Accurately enter customer orders into the company's ERP/order management system. Verify order details including product codes, quantities, pricing, shipping addresses, and delivery timelines.

Customer Service:

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat. Provide information on product availability, specifications, pricing, and order status. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.

Documentation & Coordination:

Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain accurate and organized customer and order records. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Pay:

$21.82 - $25.89 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
