Ensure timely respond to internal/external customers' requests and achieve customer satisfaction goals. Essential duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned. Daily Responsibilities % of Job
•90% Assist in the daily aspects of order processing, fulfillment, and customer service. Provide quick and accurate responses to interoffice emails and emails from customers. Assist in generating reports. Work with different departments, like receiving, depot, planner and shipping to fulfill the customer's requests on timely manner. Provide estimate delivery time if the request can't be made on time Assist to verify OSD & exception handling cases to feedback to customer. Other duties as assigned. Warehouse Efficiencies % of Job
•5% Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels. Keeps warehouse organized and clean at all times. Lift and move trays up to 20 lbs Team Building/Leadership % of Job
•5% Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company's culture. Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates. Education and/or Experience High school graduate or equivalent. Should have at least one year of general office experience. Prefer one to two years of customer service experience. Intermediate computer experience is required. Medium and above Excel skill for data analysis.
Essential Skills:
Works well with a team and exhibits effective communication skills essential to providing instructions and suggestions about order processing flows to all associates including management. Pays close attention to detail to identify order discrepancies and resolve issues with variances. Possesses clear knowledge of computer ordering systems and has ability to navigate and troubleshoot computer systems as necessary. Needs to be "hands-on" with ambition and drive to succeed
•"Makes things happen". Goal oriented and must be accustomed to achieving results through team-work. Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.

Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter.
