Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial. Job Duties Receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load and unload products throughout warehouse operations Verify inventory accuracy and maintain correct product locations Prepare shipments and support order fulfillment to meet customer needs Assist with inventory counts and help ensure efficient warehouse operations Follow established safety procedures to maintain a productive, dependable work environment Experience Requirements Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Order Fullment Associate. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
