This role ensures accurate inventory records, smooth communication with stores, and efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities Run and maintain inventory reports to support accurate stock levels across all locations.
Communicate with store teams to address inventory questions, discrepancies, and operational needs.
Process buybacks, damages, transfers, and other inventory adjustments.
Enter and update inventory changes in the system, ensuring proper documentation for all items.
Assist stores with issues related to customer returns, damaged items, or inventory concerns.
Verify and document damages or returned goods received at the warehouse.
Coordinate with warehouse associates regarding returns, transfers, and product handling.
Schedule product deliveries and maintain an organized delivery calendar.
Approve transfers back to the warehouse after verifying stock needs.
Prepare inventoryrelated reports, summaries, and documentation for management.
Support endofmonth inventory counts and reconciliation for both stores and the warehouse.
Verify case costs using invoices and ensure inventory values are accurate and up to date.
Maintain strong communication, accuracy, and organization in all inventory processes. Qualifications Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or retail support preferred.
Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
