Order Selector! Sweet opportunity! RPM Staffing is hiring motivated Order Selectors to join a fast-paced warehouse team picking and preparing cases of candy for shipment. If you're dependable, enjoy staying active, and have an eye for accuracy, this could be the perfect fit!What You'll Do:
- Accurately select and build customer orders of case candy using order sheets or RF scanners
- Stack, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipping
- Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (experience preferred)
- Verify order accuracy and product quality
- Work efficiently to meet daily production and order fulfillment goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous warehouse or order selecting experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and a great work ethic
