Pay:

$18.00•$20.37/hr. + Weekly incentives up to $4/hr based on attendance, teamwork, and productivity Full-time, hourly, full benefits

As an Order Selector , you'll use our voice‑pick system to accurately select products, build pallets, and prepare customer orders—keeping our operation running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive the right products at the right time. We're looking for motivated individuals who bring strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to working collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Essential Job Functions Select individual items ("eaches") and repacks using the voice‑pick system with accuracy and speed. Build pallets in the correct sequence to ensure efficient loading and delivery. Learn aisle organization, product locations, and UPC matching with the picking device. Apply pick tags to product to support efficient delivery. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Manual dexterity, multi‑limb coordination, near vision, and physical stamina. Ability to read English, recognize numbers, and select correct products. Strong teamwork mentality and ability to maintain productivity and urgency. Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per shift. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. 1-3 months of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar environment preferred.
