The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work collaboratively on an assembly line, and proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Duties Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues during the packing process. Load and unload materials from trucks and pallets in the warehouse setting. Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all packing materials are readily available. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Perform routine inspections of packed products to ensure quality control before shipment. Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes is advantageous. Basic mechanical knowledge is required; experience with forklifts is a plus. Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed within the warehouse environment. Excellent teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
