• Day Shift Reports to: Fulfillment Center Supervisor Essential Functions of the Role Duties and Responsibilities A key member of the Production Team, a Fulfillment Center Associate, is responsible for working productively to support the completion of daily workloads.

Job assignments can differ based on daily needs. Support the fulfillment center team in executing on the daily workload. Strive to meet personal and group performance goals. Bring any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor's attention. Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment. Perform other duties as assigned.

Core Competencies Skills, Talents, Personal Attributes and Experience High School Diploma or GED. Previous fulfillment center/order picking experience is a plus but not required. Able to learn new skills quickly and help others to do the same; embraces change. Compensation and Benefits $12.36 up to $20.16 depending upon completing training and developing new skills.
